I’ve always been fascinated by plants and trees that can find a place to grow where they really shouldn’t have been able to; like this little fern that I found growing in a crack in some brick steps.
It reflects our life, we are surrounded by man’s creation, material things and difficult people and circumstances. In order to thrive we have to grow roots that reach down past the things that don’t matter and reach for those things that were placed here to sustain us; nature, solitude, true friendship and a relationship with the Creator.
Make sure that your roots are in the things you need and you will do well. – Coov
