Choose what you focus on

Take a stick and imagine that the right end of the stick is your happiness and peace. The left end of the stick is anger and fear. Now try to break off the left end to get rid of your anger and fear. No matter how many times you break off the left end of the stick, it will still be there.

What we focus on becomes reality. Everyone carries anger and fear inside, but also happiness and peace. Those who focus on their anger and fear will always be angry and afraid. Those who focus on the things that make them happy and bring them peace will will have both. – Coov
